Physical SIM cards or eSIMs can be easily purchased at Taoyuan Airport (Terminals 1 & 2) from major carriers such as Chunghwa Telecom, FarEasTone, and Taiwan Mobile at kiosks located in the public areas (1F) outside the baggage claim and customs. It also often comes with options to pre-order for airport pickup via online platforms such as Klook or KKday, requiring your valid passport and sometimes a visa.
